These services include an online client-only website with an online community, a client newsletter of proven online techniques, tips, tricks and case studies as well as comprehensive email and telephone support and advanced training.

Client support

When you have questions, Convio Client Support is here to get you the answers and help you need — when you need them. Just open a support ticket from the help menu within the administrator side of your Convio-powered site for assistance with the page you're currently on, or at anytime by visiting support.convio.com. Support representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 7:00pm Central, and the Convio Community site is available 24 hours a day. Emergency non-business hour support also is available.

Convio Customer Center and Online Community

Created just for our Convio clients, the Convio Customer Center and Community sites offer software update information, training schedules and details, answers to frequently asked questions and online best practices tips. Through the Customer Center, you also have access to the online Convio Community, where you can join in on discussions and share ideas with other Convio clients.

Client newsletter

Convio clients receive their own version of Convio Connection, our bimonthly email newsletter of online best practices, tips, tricks and case studies. With the latest information about how to implement proven techniques using Convio, you'll always have the knowledge you need for online success — all delivered straight to your inbox.
