Synchronize your online data with offline databases

Our data integration services, or Convio DataSync, interacts with offline donor database systems to ensure that data gathered online is accurate, timely and available for any of your organization's needs. Convio DataSync includes:

• Extensive database support – Avoid expensive, custom integration by using Convio's standard data import and export processes. Convio has proven success integrating with more than 30 different donor databases, including DonorPerfect and Blackbaud's The Raiser's Edge.

• Custom data mapping – Match data fields in Convio online modules with fields in offline databases, mapping new online data to existing business processes.

• Data integrity – Automatically identify returning constituents and define rules for handling potential duplicates, specifying when to create new records, merge info, receive notification and more. Verify your success by viewing a log of all data synchronization operations.

• Automated synchronization – Schedule synchronization timing to import and export files with secure, automatic FTP access, or initiate the process manually at any time.
