Volunteer mobilization and management

Convio TeamRaiser provides your organization's central administrator with capabilities including website activation and email communication to ensure your volunteer network's success. The administrator can personally communicate with all TeamRaiser volunteers, or set up automatic emails that remind volunteers to update their websites, or that encourage and re-activate stalled fundraising campaigns. Comprehensive executive summary reports give you unprecedented insight into your special events and volunteer fundraisers.

Year over year event support

Allow registrants access to their personal event pages, address book, and even a history of who sponsored them and for how much, so they can hit the ground running. Administrators can run reports to compare events from each year side by side, including whether participants are returning or new, to compare like groups.

Corporate sponsorship through national teams

National Teams allows clients with multiple TeamRaiser events to promote company sponsorship through the creation of a team page which groups all of a company's teams and events. A search page allows constituents to join a national team in a local event. National Team coordinators can be set up to edit a national team page and run national reports across all events, including a National Team tally of funds raised, and top 10 events, teams, and individual fundraisers.
