Convio for Large Organizations
Large, National, Multi-Affiliate Nonprofit Organizations
Our large and national clients often have affiliates that are geographically dispersed, execute special fundraising events, and have very advanced marketing efforts. Yet, despite being sophisticated in so many areas, these organizations are not immune to challenges. Many of our large clients have found themselves:
- Wishing their custom-built donor management system was integrated with the other software solutions being used elsewhere in their organization.
- Aware that any new software they consider must meet the needs and approval of senior management in various departments.
- Working with a direct marketing agency, and maybe even an online agency, to strengthen their constituent outreach efforts.
- Mindful that the right technology could help their departments work collaboratively, rather than in silos, which would make their organization more efficient and effective.
Convio's clients include some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the United States, including the American Red Cross, Sierra Club, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®. We understand their need to make the Internet a core part of their communication strategy to engage constituents and build ongoing support.
For organizing and executing special events in which participants focus on peer-to-peer based fundraising, our large clients embrace Convio TeamRaiser™ which will helps tap into their participants' personal networks via the Internet. Organizations’ strong supporters are empowered by receiving the tools they need to raise money online in support of worthy causes.
Our clients with affiliates or chapters benefit from Convio MultiCenter, which helps to coordinate communications and share data across large organizations. The University of Washington uses MultiCenter to manage access to, and share, information across numerous business units, including the UW Alumni Association and UW Foundation. Easter Seals uses Convio as its only online database for all of its 81 affiliates across the country, and synchronizes the data with its offline database to gain a complete view of each supporter's interactions with the organization.
And, by using Common Ground to manage online and offline constituent data and relationships, our clients get a true 360-degree view of volunteer interactions, fundraising records, constituent information, and other meaningful data to help continuously further their mission.
Along with proper tools for success, our clients are empowered to create custom constituent experiences to reach new supporters, more deeply engage existing supporters and drive a longer relationship with both.
