About SPCA of Texas

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Texas (SPCA) is dedicated to offering refuge, medical care, nourishment and an opportunity for a second chance for life to unwanted animals. With an annual budget of about $6 million, the organization's 100 staff members and 800 volunteers help to care for, and find homes for, the 20,000 animals the group receives each year.
